Effective October 25, 2026. This notice explains how Vendetta Talent handles personal information you choose to share through our website or by email.
1. Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, public social-media profile or handle (if provided), your area of interest, your goals or message, and your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old. Please do not submit identification documents, banking details, passwords, or sensitive personal information through this website.
2. How we use it
We use your information to review inquiries, respond to you, evaluate a possible working relationship, and keep relevant correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client or agency relationship. We do not sell the information submitted through the inquiry form.
3. Form processing and email
Website form submissions are processed by the third-party service FormSubmit.co and forwarded to our Google Workspace email inbox. Those service providers may process technical and submitted data under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed or stored outside your home state or country.
4. Website operation and analytics
This website is intended to run as a static site hosted through Cloudflare Pages. It does not currently add advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or its own tracking cookies. Your browser and hosting provider may still process technical data such as IP address, browser information, and server logs to deliver and protect the website. Editorial photographs may be requested from Unsplash, which can receive technical request information when those images load.
5. How long information is kept
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond, administer related correspondence, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of inquiry records by contacting us; some records may need to be retained where legally required.
6. Security
We use reputable hosting, form-processing, and email services, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive information through the form.
7. Adults only
This inquiry form is intended for people age 18 or older. Please do not submit an application if you are under 18. If we learn that an applicant is under 18, we will take steps to remove the related inquiry information.
8. Your choices
You can ask what information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing contact@vendettatalent.com. We may need to verify that the request is coming from the relevant person before making changes.
